Not great, very rushed you need to book less people in so there is more time for treatments. I wanted a specific manicure and was told there was no time after they were running late. Overall not 100% keen on what was done as it just felt getting me in and out as fast as possible was the main priority. The therapist was lovely but feel she is under too much pressure, it is not her fault at all it’s the booking system.
