I couldn't recommend a reiki session with Hayley more highly! She is very knowledgeable in the method and clearly knows what she does. The session was extremely relaxing and I could feel positive effects in each of the key points in which reiki focusses. Strangely, I wasn't tired after but filled with a calm, positive energy.
