I have been attending this spa for a while now but have not attended in a few months due to being too busy. I was very confused to the experience I received this time as it was nothing like before. The treatment is usually in the dark but the lights were left on throughout. I understand the massage was supposed to relive stress but was too hard and actually painful. I expressed this to the masseuse. I am very confused and hope that if I return in the future this was a one off experience.
