Reflexology wasn't as I know it, although the treatment was thorough it was painful at times. Therapist didn't ask about pressure when massaging legs or neck. It felt like she was digging her nail into my foot at times! Spa was clean and tidy and the staff were all friendly. Just found treatment uncomfortable and not like reflexology I had previously.
