I requested Gel manicure, she isn't experienced. She had to scrap it off my nails and paint again. The end result was not good. But I think her facials might be better.

Cici was excellent from start to finish, and spent additional time making sure that my treatments were all completed to a high standard.
The location is very quiet and safe, and all the treatments I had were discussed as and when they were being used on my skin. I highly recommend this type of therapy which is unique to other more high street salons in the local area.

Cici is very attentive and very kind. She gave me loads of advice about skin care then took magnified skin pictures that she could then measure each time I return (and I will) for progress. Wonderful service.

Had a fantastic massage, pressure was on point and CiCi was very attentive throughout, asking me how I was feeling and ensuring I was comfortable. Have to say hands down the best massage I've had in London. Will definitely be going back.
