It always makes such a difference when your therapist in confident in what they are doing. I felt in safe hands and felt so much better and looser in my neck and shoulders than I had been before the massage

The 60 minute Swedish Massage from Lucia Maria was the perfect combination of incredibly soothing and firm enough to get out the load of tension I had in my body. Lucia Maria leaves no part of the body untended to which makes the massage really holistic, and really ensures that your whole body is relaxed by the end.
Would absolutely recommend.

It was a bit hard to find, as the massage place is in the basement of a hair salon. Lucia was great, though, and kept checking in with me throughout the massage. My one complaint was that it wasn't a full hour- we started about 5 minutes late because there was paperwork I needed to fill out for my first time and and Lucia didn't arrive until when my massage was meant to start, and then she ended about 5 minutes early. Other than that, though, it was a great massage!
I found the acupressure & reflexology a great treatment at 38 weeks pregnant. Lucia has a good firm touch & rubbed away all my aches & tension and made me realise that you don't have to be in pain just because you are pregnant. I walked out feeling light & relaxed. I would definitely recommend this treatment to my friends.
