My treatment was amazing. During the consultation, Yuko talked me through the process & we talked about my current lifestyle. The treatment includes a whole body approach as a few needles were inserted into my body, but mostly on my face. It ends with a lovely face massage. My face glowed at the end of the treatment. I will be going back for sure.

I had acupuncture with Yoko at Neal's Yard Remedies shop on Upper Street. The premises were very clean and the staff very friendly.
It was my first time trying acupuncture and Yoko was very approachable and explained the process in detail. I really liked her holistic approach to understand the different elements of the picture. Her method is very interactive and I could observe during the session the effects of the treatment. Already after two sessions, my sleep improved and after the third one, some tensions had disappeared.
I strongly recommend Yoko.
The massage was relaxing and my shoulders felt less tense afterwards. I would have, however, appreciated some aftercare advice and if they would have used some of the nice smelling oils they are famous for.

As many of us struggle with long hours on the computer; I found Yoko's facial rejuvenation treatment to be very beneficial in relieving muscle tension and improving circulation. Yoko gives her best attention and likes to share her vast knowledge so that you can better understand and heal your body.
I've now had several sessions of facial acupuncture and have noticed a real difference in my skin, in particular I've seen a vast improvement in some hyperpigmentation and marking on my cheeks that I've had for years. I no longer have to wear make up all the time to conceal them and overall my skin looks much brighter as my facial circulation has improved. Yoko is incredibly friendly and professional and I would highly recommend visiting her if you would like to try acupuncture.
