Really good - first results are visible in the first 12/24h and I can see my face naturally fuller, more aligned. It is like Botox but natural. I did sport the day after and the results improved even more. Not sure how long it is going to last but I think more sessions will be beneficial.

Yoko was very welcoming and wanted to understand what I was hoping to get out of the treatment. She was exceptionally conscientious throughout then massage, checking if the pressure was satisfactory etc. This was my first shiatsu massage and it was really wonderful.
