Very disappointed. When I arrived at my appointment, the salon was not open and the owner answered the door to tell me that the salon did not open until 10:30 am when my scheduled appointment was for 9:30 am. This was a completely careless scheduling error made by the salon and made me very upset as a customer. As a tourist, I scheduled my entire day around this service, only to be treated as an afterthought to the owner who acted like this problem was something that happened often at their salon. Please do better to update your hours and schedule customers correctly.
Jade was great! I went in for a balayage, haircute and blow dry. I showed Jade some prictures of what I wanted, and she also advised me on what will look good with my hair and skin colour. I wanted to brighten the colour a bit, and we managed to do that without using bleach at all, as my hair is quite thin. I also cut it a little bit, and Jade was great at cutting only as much as I wanted, without trying to convince me to cut a bit more as a lot of hairdresses. I had a great experince there, and I would definitely go back.
