Martina was excellent! Highly recommend her for highlights & haircut. I took one star off as it was really difficult to schedule a time at this salon via the treatwell app. After booking via the app the salon calls to change the time & gives inconvenient options with delays (not the first time this has happened). I like booking appointments online for convenience & flexibility, rather than phoning up…I hope the salon updates it systems so that only available appointments are shown on the app

Listened to what I wanted, advised & then got on with it. I got a semi roots, was, cut & dry in about an hour. Chanel was friendly and chatty without the pointless small talk. Really please with the experience and outcome. Will be back!
