Overall happy with the results, just an extra £20 for a toner was not necessarily a nice surprise as it made the whole experience quite costly

Amazing...quite possibly the BEST haircut I've ever had! I had Chanelle (apologies for spelling); she may look young but she's a wise woman beyond her years! I am a bit clueless with my hair and I had SOME idea of what I wanted but she knew EXACTLY what to do! There's a menu of drinks and the staff really make you feel at home. I'm definitely going to return!
At the end I was happy, but I was a little put out at first. The lady was very abrupt and never introduced herself. The cut was good but it felt a bit in and out. Despite this minor mishap, I would go again.
