I had Highlights, cut and blow dry and awarded it 2 stars, but because the price was quite good I will give it 3 stars.
I went for a Dermalogica facial and was very happy with the results. The therapist did a proper analysis of my face, identifying all the areas to concentrate on and talking me through them. Although the facial started a little late she did not take this off my treatment time. She gave me recommendations for things to do at home. All in all a good experience and I would go back, although note that you do occasionally hear the hairdresser in the background which prevents you from 100% relaxation.
Elena was great - very calming! Only thing I can fault is the timing- due to double bookings my appointment was delayed by 20mins.
Elena was great and explained the procedure before she started. She understood what I wanted and the results were good. Would definitely go back for an appointment with elena.
