I had my first Balayage with Gona, she was very professional & knowledgable about my hair type and the treatment I was having. I felt super relaxed and trusted her completely, she even came up with a game plan to get me to my desired end result over the next couple of months without damaging my hair.
Couldn’t rate her more highly! Thank you Gona!

Experience was ok but did have to push a little at getting the sort of cut I wanted and the finish. Wasn’t quite right but it was ok.
