She was good at highlights but also surprisingly fast, I feel I've never got out of my hair appointment so quickly, however this did not affect result. Nice salon.

I’m really happy with my haircut, but not with the service at this salon. I had to wait 20 minutes with wet hair before someone came to cut my hair, I was not offered even a glass of water, my hair was dried very very roughly with a towel which pulled at my hair. I expect a bit more professionalism than someone greeting me in a hoody. My hair stylist burned my scalp with the hair dryer and poked me accidentally in the face with hair scissors. Not what I expect for 38£.
