All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.They were understaffed and had technical problems with their booking system, so I got delayed by an hour and they only informed me 45mins before the booked time.This caused issues with my following appointments and to try and be on time I had to give up on some services included in the cost (massage).As there were no junior staff the place was full of hair from previous clients.They were very nice, apologised and explained the situation, the haircut was good, but it wasn't a great experience.
This was hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Gona was wonderfully pleasant, everyone in the salon was lovely to each other and the customers, which was nice to see. My haircut was perfectly executed in no time at all and then Gona spent a significant amount of time styling it and making sure I was happy, while also having a nice chat and giving me advice about taking care of my hair. All in all, a great experience and I recommend Gona and the salon unreservedly.
Great as ever, have been coming here for years. Chanel is professional, efficient and lovely, don't trust anyone else for highlights anymore!
Great place, lovely staff. Love love my haircut- esp having to live with a bad one for the past 8 months- came out of there feeling great
