I had to change the time of my appointment last minute and they were really helpful in accommodating me at an earlier slot, which was nice. My only issue was that afterwards I still had a layer of the gel extension left on my nails, however the technician said that he didn’t want to drill too far down my nails. I ended up just picking off the layer at home. But other than that, there was no problem.
