First time to Elite Beauty and was not disappointed! Olga is very professional and made me feel comfortable straight away, she gave useful tips on how to care for my skin after treatment. Also great value for money, will definitely be returning.

Really nice salon, Olga is very friendly. Excellent value for money - you won’t get the ultimate amazing facial, but for the price you pay its very nice, and she seems to know what she’s doing with your skin.

My massage was rescheduled 3 times before I could finally have it. In all fairness, accidents do happen and it is not why I am not giving 5 stars of the overall service. The therapist was not bad, I felt she did a fairly good job on my back and found places I didn't even know hurt until she touched them. Overall the massage was nothing special but it was not too bad either. It was a bit too light for my taste and I was really trying not to doze off towards the end. Left feeling drained. I didn't appreciate her comment that I was snoring. Also it made a bad impression on me that she was commenting other people's reviews as if they were at fault, I feel if you are serving customers you should genuinely try to see why the customers left bad reviews and not talk about them in a bad way. My recommendation to you is to improve the way you treat your customers.
