This was my first time going to a professional for waxing, Olga made me feel at ease and made the whole procedure very comfortable. The room where the waxing occurs is lovely, clean and calms you down I almost fell asleep at one point. The whole experience was way less painful than I thought and I will definitely recommend this to everyone and become a regular customer.
