The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable and the treatment was relaxing. I felt like I had been pampered at the end of it and my skin looked clear and refreshed. The venue was ok, although when I came out of the therapy room, I walked into the men's changing room. It seemed to me like a strange place to have a therapy room.
The place was a gym so nothing special there. The room was small and you could hear noises from outside so not much of a relaxing atmosphere. However the therapist was amazing. She was polite, professional, she listened to what i wanted, offered advice and prepare a bespoke facial, spending a lot of time explaining about what my skin needs. She did show me some products but I have never felt that I was pushed to buy. Definitely recommended!
The ambience of the waiting area wasn't very relaxing, as it was shared with the gym clients & staff & you had to walk through showers to get to the treatment room.
The Therapist didn't ask me where I had aches & tension & the pressure was too light, but the Therapist was really friendly & nice.
Lovely massage with a delightful Eastern European girl - would have preferred a male masseur though. The room itself was ok but very small, with a lot of outside noise that ruined the ambience. The public areas were very busy and basic. Very good value with the discount voucher, would go again
The setup being within the Gym gave some added advantage and benefits. eg. the Sauna. It was quite transforming and would certainly visit again. Good décor, good value for money and the staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely visit again.
