the therapist carrying out the treatment took time to explain what she was doing at each stage. Then after the treatment another therapist asked I found the treatment and also gave me a few tips on skincare. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent better then I expected.
The place was hard to find as it was tucked away in Holborn Fitness first. Once there the massage was very uplifting. It made the skin really beautiful and silky. Overall satisfied with the results and good value.
The Beauty Room is located in the basement of a Holborn gym, which didn't give me a lot of confidence to start... However the therapist is very nice and out me at ease. The massage was really relaxing and soft, a little too soft for my liking - I am into quite hard Thai massages that feel like they are 'breaking' my muscles. Apart from that, the place did the job.
My daughter had this treatment. The experience was made special by the attentativeness of the therapist, who was polite and considerate. The facial was really good and the therapist explained what she was doing and using and why. Good value and she would go back again.
The massage was great. The only thing I didn't like was that massage room was among saunas so it was quite difficult to breathe there. Plus, my appointment was scheduled at 6pm. I came on time but I had to wait another 15 minutes till previous customer left...massage was supposed to take 1 hour...but it ended exactly at 7pm, despite the fact I started 15mins later.
