A beautiful secluded haven inside a rather discretely loacted Fitness First. Once you find it tucked away behind the busy Holborn Circus, it's peaceful and serene
The room is deep inside the facilities
The treatment is lovely
the therapist is sweet, attentive and good at what she does!
the gym staff also are very accomodating when making the appointment
I would definitiely go there
and remember you can use the sauna if you get there early ! ( i didn't so missed out on that)

Therapist good but could give a bit more to make up for the not so good steam, very smelly sauna. the aroma room was the best of the so called spafacilities.
no pool. Sorry will not rush to go back.
I think the really good staff should relocate.

The ambience of the place was very good, and the massage itself was very relaxing. I would go there again, as the experience was overall pleasant. The therapist seemed very experienced and the voucher was good value for money.
Overall it was a good treatment. This was down to the therapist being very good. The venue is extremely hard to find, as it does not show up on street map . com. Also, the masssage room is very near to the men's changing room and there is a lot of noise outside during the treatment.
The massage itself was great, although the room was in the gym so very small and cramped. There wasn't really much of an ambience with the room being near the toilets at the gym. I was briefed by the therapist though and felt relaxed throughout.
