I have not received any treatment and contacted them about two month for letting Treatwell know about the refund but it seems impossible to get back my money from this company.

Treatwell booked me with a clinician who doesn’t exist anymore! But the clinician there was very very helpful, even worked overtime so I could be seen after the appointment was messed up. Helped me understand what’s wrong with my hip really quickly!
