I am annoyed because 20mins out of the 60mins massage treatment that I paid for was time wasted as the therapist was filling a form, typing on her laptop, with all sort of questions which most were not applicable. If I pay for a 60min massage, I expect to have 60min massage. I appreciate there might be a form to fill about medical history but then the form should be given to customer to fill AHEAD of the treatment and not as part of the treatment time.
Also, no towels were provided
Meg was really nice and the massage was great. Unfortunately they didn’t have the correct booking date (it happens!) so was delayed starting and the massage was only 40 minutes. Would recommend they make this clear on description as a bit misleading!
I have not received any treatment and contacted them about two month for letting Treatwell know about the refund but it seems impossible to get back my money from this company.
