Nick was really great at explaining why my knee was hurting and did a great job at releasing all the muscles around it plus providing exercises to improve it’s function.

I had the pleasure of receiving a shoulder massage from Nick, who made me feel completely at ease.
The massage was particularly effective in relieving the pain I had in my shoulder, caused by an acromioclavicular inflammation. Beyond the relief I felt after the session, I really appreciated that Nick took the time to teach me some effective exercises to improve the mobility of the joint at home.
His combination of knowledge, technique, and friendliness is truly outstanding—highly recommended!
