This was a great experience, I was in a bad way when I visited after injuring my lower back. I thought I had done some serious damage to my back and my osteo reassured me that I had not. By doing gentle stretches and treatment it all helped considerably. David the Osteopath was very considerate and explained everything he was going to do so I felt comfortable. I left my appointment with a lot more movement than I had when I arrived. So thank you again for the treatment, support and advice.

Fantastic appointment with Nick! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, addressing all my back concerns with ease. He taught me practical techniques to manage things on my own, which was super helpful. I even had my back cracked/clicked for the first time. I couldn't help but laugh since it was such a new experience! Nick was great at explaining what to expect every step of the way and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
