They did not have the right equipment to do a shellac manicure. They use minimal product which results in gaps in the application. When I pointed this out, I was given attitude by the staff. I was charged extra £5 for shape, which other places usually don’t. The nail polish they use is old and sticky. They should not offer a service that they don’t know how to do.

This was my first visit. They were extremely efficient. If you want a quick haircut, without fuss, this is your place. However, if you are hoping for a head massages, coffee and magazines, maybe this isn't for you.
