When I arrived I was sent to the room which still hadn’t been cleaned from the last client. The lady arrived to the room talking on her mobile and drinking a can of coke. She told me to wait outside while she cleaned. When I came back to the room for my wax the women remained on her phone. The wax was ok but the customer service is terrible and the room is not very clean. I requested lycon wax when Booking and paid the more expensive price but didn’t receive lycon wax. Very disappointing!
