They were new to TW and didn't have my booking. But they could still do the facial but not the Murad that I had picked as the beautician in at time was not qualified to do it. However I picked another facial and I said wanted refund as cheaper facial. So went in but got less than 60 mins. Was generally nice but came out and they said couldn't refund. Gave me a complimentary bag and 10% off next time. However reduced timings on facial felt like I didn't get enough compensation on error.

Really enjoyed my afternoon at Otium spa, staff were helpful and professional and the treatments are some of the best I’ve had. For a spa based at a leisure centre it exceeded my expectations, and the added bonus of being able to use the main pool is fab! The only suggestion I have is to maybe have some hooks around the spa area to hang towels and robes etc, but otherwise a great experience and I will be back.
I had a really relaxing day at otium spa, my package included a back neck and shoulder massage, it was one of the best massages I have ever had and I thought all the facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be going back for another visit soon.
