This was my second visit to the spa for a facial and again Marell was amazing! She goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed. I actually fell asleep for part of the treatment I felt so comfortable. My face felt amazing after. Will be going back again soon.

I’ve been to Otium Spa a few times. The treatment was lovely but within a day the gel polish has started to lift and I will need to go somewhere to get them redone. Overall a nice experience but the output isn’t great

The beauty therapist was AMAZING! Very attentive, we chatted for 2 hours and overall I had a really lovely experience and my manicure and pedicure is great

Facilities, staff and treatment were lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t check my nails before I left and there was a tiny air bubble on 1 thumb. I called and they would have redone it but couldn’t fit me in at a convenient time. Not a big problem but not 100% perfect.
