My mum loved her treatment, but my treatment room was at the back of the building and I could hear loud building work throughout my treatment. When I mentioned this at the end of my treatment, I got a half hearted "oh yeah, sorry about that". When I was having my facial, the therapist left the room for about 5-10 minutes, without any explanation that she would be leaving, or why I was being left! If I was being left to relax, this was unachievable due to the loud building work (it sounded so close that I took the cotton pads off my eyes at one point to check the builders couldn't see me through the large window I was next to!). Furthermore, we did not get the glass of bubbly that was advertised on the voucher. Overall I was very disappointed.
I have been coming to Beauty With Ruth for years and i always have a professional friendly experience! Would highly recommend for all treatments especially waxing!
I have been a client of Beauty with Ruth for many years with both the original owner and now with the new management. The service and friendliness of staff has been excellent and good value for money. The staff are well qualified in all aspects of beauty and I would fully recommend this salon to anyone who wishes to partake of their services.
