Olivia was very professional and knowledgeable. She recommended products that she thought would be good for my hair.
I did a virgin relaxer (fully natural to relaxed hair) and felt at ease throughout the appointment.

I was recommended by a lady that works in Sally's beauty supply store in Streatham, that said that they do hair really good. Best decision I made as I now have a hairdressers that is skilled in cutting and understanding my hair. Customer service was excellent as I was offered tea and service was welcoming.
