My experience with Olivia has been my favourite hairdresser appointment to date; not only did the salon look cute and chic, but the care and advice I received left me feeling beautiful and confident about my choice to straighten my hair chemically; I will be returning for a top up when the funds permit it.

Olivia is amazing she makes me feel so comfortable and she is full of knowledge. She was gentle with my scalp and was good at giving genuine advice and recommendations. The salon is clean and welcoming. Plus she was on time !!!! It’s the small things that make the experience great, Feels so good to find a good hair dresser in this day and age. Definitely will be returning. Can’t wait to come back !

My style came loose within few days and last appointment it seemed she didn't like me telling her how I feel comfortable having my hair or how I would like it .
Stopping putting hand on her
head like it's a hassle for her , atmosphere went sour and when I left I felt depressed and it put such a damper on my whole day.
I've been so polite and nice that's who I am! Have to be real with myself she clearly wasn't passionate doing my hair. Moving on! regret i didn't do this long ago.

When you find a stylish who is knowledgable about hair and leaves you feeling confident, you keep going to them. Olivia was reassuring even though I was nervous about getting a relaxer after so long but I loved the results! She knows what she's talking about but she also made me feel heard and listened to what I wanted which made me feel taken care of. Will definitely continue
