Wanted to treat myself with a nice luxurious experience but it was everything except that. NOT WORTH £120.Started out with a scheduling mistake but they squeezed me in at the end. Which resulted in an incredibly stressful experience. I was rushed to a corner in the basement.The creative was rushing, kept getting the comb stuck in my ears, pulling my hair too hard. The cut ended up uneven. The brushes and tools used were dirty and gross and not replaced for ages. I feel robbed of time and money.
I visited for the first time and it was the day before lockdown so they were busy but couldn't have been more welcoming. Both my colourist and stylist were proficient and took time to understand my preferences. They didn't slap on loads of products and even took the time to go across the road and hand deliver me a latte from Pret as they weren't able to make one due to Covid restrictions. They clearly have lots of regulars which is a testament to their service. They gave me a fresh mask after mine got colour on it and they knew when to make conversation and when to leave me to my emails. I wished I had asked for hairspray at the end but I left very happy.
