I had hair permanent that turned out to be a complete disaster! My. hair is now is a horrible condition, it is all burned! It is impossible to manage. And not to mention the atrocious hair cut that left my hair with no shape! The hairdresser was unprofessional not to tell the treatment will leave my hair like that and just went ahead with it. I am very disappointed and it will take my months before I get my hair back done! I honestly want a refund, it is unacceptable.
