Appointment started 45 minutes late and the quality of haircut was not worth £5 (sides were unequal and I had to point it out, hairs are sticking out all over the head, etc.).

Delighted with my hair. I had a very nice girl wash my hair and Karen who cut and dried it . Karen is a first class hairdresser and I will go and see her again.
