Haircut was ok but the staff didn’t really listen to what I was actually looking for in the haircut. Hence, the outcome was not what I expected / wanted. Still ok though.

Horrible- they charged me £45 extra to trim my tips despite their catalogue saying it would only be 15 pounds extra. They tried to find every excuse on earth. Thieves trying to take advantage of their customers to recoup their Covid related losses! Never going back
