Had to wait a while to be seen after my hair was washed which is why I rated 4* I was offered a drink though so wasn’t a big issue.
Tolga was fantastic though, cut was exactly what I asked for, and the blow dry was one of the best I’ve ever had

When I booked in for a wash, cut, and finish for myself and my daughter, I didn't expect to be asked for another £20 for a blow dry. I thought this would be included in a "finish" and annoyed that we ended up going home with damp hair. That being said, the cuts were fine, but I don't think we will be going back.
