I made a 30 min appointment, and had to sit waiting for 30 min. Then it was clear they were rushing to finish and my treatment took 20 min.

I have previously had treatments here and they were good. On this occasion the technician filed my toes so hard they started bleeding. This was despite my mentioning it was hurting. Guess I should have made more of a fuss!
