The person greeting me wasn't very friendly and started by telling me my appointment was at a different time to what I had in my confirmation text! The cut was fine but wondered if I had been forgotten during the colour as my hairdresser didn't come to check on me at all. I had to brush hair off the seat before I sat down and generally didn't feel as welcomed as I would expect as a new client and potential life long customer! Sorry but unlikely to visit again :(

GREAT salon! Paige introduced herself to me , then I was left to have my hair washed. I was offered a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit.
The cut was very good and she was quick. She used a product in my hair that I had never used - so I bought it! When cut and finsh complete I was left to finish my tea and magazine......no rush. I also get 15% of next visit !
