Louise is just so kind and friendly. My hair was a bit of mess but she wasn't judgemental at all and gave really helpful advice with what I could do without being pushy. Louise is also aware that sometimes money is tight and offered several potential options at different prices. She was so patient with my indesiveness on length and would highly recommend Louise.

This is such a lovely salon and Louise was amazing. She put my shy 4 year old at ease and even got him speaking which is so unusual. She did a fantastic job and made both of us feel really welcome. Can’t rate highly enough, thank you!
