I had a full head hair colour and cut on 1/12/23 with Clare. The appt was from 5pm-7pm. By 6.45pm Clare had only applied the colour to my roots. I sat for 1 hour & 5 mins with the colour on my roots only, whilst Clare carried out two other haircuts. When I told her the appt was for 2 hours and I had a dinner appt at 7.30pm, Clare did not apologise for leaving me waiting for all that time. She blamed Treatwell saying it should be longer than a 2hour appt. She was disinterested. I won't be back.
