Aimee was super! She even helped me find my bus after my appointment :) The cut is great, she was really reassuring and went over what I wanted multiple times to make sure it was perfect. Highly recommend!

I hate to believe that this is the standard at this hair salon because according to the rest of the reviews based upon I booked my appointment, the service is amazing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. I’d like to recommend the addition of different lengths of hair as a selection to the booking stage so that appropriate time can be allocated. The salon was extremely busy and I was lucky to manage to get in having it booked just a few days before. Unfortunately for both myself and Paige the slot allocated was not nearly close to any of the time that my hair required. The girls were in a rush to close (understandable, it was holiday season and they had plans as did I, so I didn’t mind everyone closing up behind me and getting ready). I feel that given the time, Paige could have told me that she cannot accommodate what I booked for but could an alternative that still looks good as I was just about to head over to a Christmas party myself so it was critical that I’d leave there looking presentable. Bit of poor judgement over there or maybe over-ambition that something could be achieved. In terms of what I asked for I got my hair dried by a hairdryer so I suppose that’s the blow dry part of it? As for curls they were done with a wand, which i have no issue against assuming I actually get a good result which I didn’t. The hair was curled towards my face something that everyone that has ever curled any hair would know to be a big no! It looked frizzy and messy and nothing like promised by the reviews. I get it we all have bad days but it was honestly the attitude that bothered me. Clearly annoyed as if though it was my fault that my hair was longer than expected or that the salon took a booking when they clearly couldn’t handle it. Maybe this venue should consider giving their customers a call beforehand to find out what they’ll have to deal with if they cannot accommodate every customer’s needs
