Double check in person that the stylists can actually give you the cut/colour you are wanting. Went in dark haired, came out almost irn bru coloured and that was with showing stylist photo. Had done previously when lived elsewhere but was made to feel like I was lying when said this!! Cut was awful, could have done better with children's plastic scissors. Put hairclips back in when left salon so couldn't see full mess of hairstyle! washed 3x when home as still had colour on hair!

I am had a great haircut with Shannon! She was very knowledgeable and really took time to listen to what I wanted and consider what would work for my hair. She explained her ideas and the results were great. She was also just generally lovely. I’m really pleased, thanks :)
