I'm in general very satisfied with my experience here. I asked for a straight cut and I really appreciated that Paige took the effort to add small extra cuts to make it look more natural. The hair colour is also nice. I only have two small complaints, first, although I don't think this is the salon's fault as much as treatwell's system, my haircut and hair colouring were booked in separate times, and this resulted in feeling rushed when having to decide on the colour and I feel like this limited my options as well. Second, during the application of the colour, specks of it constantly flew everywhere, even reaching the counter where some of my things were, I also feel like they cleaned the bits of product that had fallen on my face only because I asked.
Anyway, I don't think these things are that serious, and people reading this review should mostly take into account the scheduling issue. Otherwise I would still recommend this salon as I enjoyed the final result.
