Awful experience. To the point I will not use salon again. Firstly I had booked with paint which is marketed on here and online as an independent salon. I had chosen not to go to beauty and tonic due to previous bad experience and found that it actually is the same company as beauty and tonic. I was directed from paint to beauty and tonic as they said my appointment was there- so that I was frustrating! When I then went to beauty and tonic I was told there had been an issue with the booking despite having multiple phone text reminders for the appointment and no phone calls. There was no apology or empathy and poor communication from the staff.
I am frustrated and dissappointed by the whole experience! This was specially for Christmas!
Terrible experience.
I didn’t see any LVL branded products in the treatment room, which leads me to believe they were using cheaper ‘generics’.
I wasn’t asked what type of lift or shield I wanted (the size of shield determines the amount of lift) I wasn’t given the option of taking a photo before the treatment to determine its success. Good therapists offer to take a before and after photos. Needless to say I wasn’t offered a mirror after my treatment to see the results nor asked if I was happy with the results. There was no difference to my lashes and no lift whatsoever. Obviously the reason why it was £26 instead of the usual £40+. Thought it was too good to be true and it was! Don’t waste your money.
Also halfway through when I had my eyes closed with the treatment on, another therapist entered the room and started chatting to my therapist. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
