My appointment time was changed the day before, then when I turned up I was told to go to the other salon. When I did that I was told I was in the wrong place again but they would be able to 'squeeze' me in. I was made to feel uncomfortable during the wax, (I've had these loads before and never experienced anything like it). They did offer me a free wax when I complained but I won't take them up on this offer
