There are two beauty tonic salons on burton road a 5 minute walk away from each other. I went to one of the salons a day before for a patch test and wasn’t told my appointment was up the road, this meant on the day of the appointment I was 5 mins late as I had to walk to the other one. I’d booked and paid for two treatments and when I arrived I was told I couldn't have one of the treatments as I was late and also wouldn’t receive a refund. So out of pocket and not very happy.

There was a constant beeping while I was in the salon as fire alarm battery needed changing. The treatment wasn’t as described (said included arm massage and cuticle work didn’t get this) still pleased with results and has lasted well
