I felt very awkward/uncomfortable having to rest my leg on the technician’s lap and I can’t imagine this was the best angle for the task in hand. This may explain the quality of her work, which was beyond shoddy!
My toe nails weren’t filed or buffed, my cuticles weren’t cared for, some of my nail edges were left unpainted, the paint finish wasn’t smooth, and I had a ridiculous amount of nail varnish on my toes.
The idea of ‘treating myself’ completely backfired.

The ladies are really friendly but during my manicure I had to constantly get Iz to reshape my nails as they were not straight. I never have to do that normally at salons.
