Got gel nails done before a holiday - I have to admit that although I usually get some treatments here which are good; it was the first time getting a manicure and will probably be my last here. My appointment was delayed by an hour and a half with only 30 mins notice, an apology was issued and my wax cancelled and I am still waiting to be refunded for my wax. Some nails are an uneven shape and poorly painted, there was no colour chart to look at and a selection of four colours were painted on the table on a sheet of paper. My cuticles were not trimmed, they were not filed evenly, the bottles of paint were either drying out or finished so they came onto the nail gunky and uneven. Overall not my best manicure by a long shot.
