They did not have my booking on there system, the 'therapists' were extremely gormless and unhelpful. The first salon shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to the second salon. Which I did, I told the therapist there my problem, she said she would be just a minute (she was doing someones nails), after 20 MINUTES of politely/awkwardly waiting, she nearly ignored me to accept another customer, I jumped in and asked what should I do? She basically said it happens and just complain -AWFUL SERVICE
